What is Anti-Climb Mesh?

Anti-climb mesh is a type of high-security fencing made from tightly spaced wire mesh panels designed to prevent climbing, cutting, and breaching. It is commonly used in security-sensitive areas like prisons, military sites, utilities, schools, and commercial properties.

Key Features:

  • Tight Mesh Aperture:
    • Typical mesh size: 76.2 mm x 12.7 mm (3" x 0.5")
    • Prevents fingers and tools from getting a grip, making it nearly impossible to climb or cut.
  • Material: Usually made of galvanized steel wire, often with a polyester powder coating for added corrosion resistance.
  • High Strength: Welded joints and rigid panels add strength and resistance to cutting with standard tools like bolt cutters.
  • Visibility: Despite its density, the mesh provides good visibility for surveillance systems (CCTV-friendly).

    • Security Level: Suitable for medium security areas

    3. Double Skin Mesh

    • Structure: Two layers of mesh panels for added strength and cut resistance
